Facilitated a Design Sprint to define priorities for the first release of a Data Analytics and Data Visualization product. The goal of the exercise was to define the problem and define a tentative solution by the end of the week. We decided to use the Design Sprint due to it’s efficiency at resulting in a prototype by the final day.

Working prototype that helped drive the conversation and prioritization for the rest of the year.

June 2016. Participated in a Design Studio workshop to ideate multiple solutions with business managers for the modernization of a desktop legacy product focussed on Airline Logistics. This was the first step in a series of design thinking exercises that have been continuously implemented in order to continue prioritizing and delivering designs for the product modernization.

OUTCOME
More than 100 ideas and sketches to take the product to the next level. Plus we had a chance to relate with the primary users of the product and understand their needs, with that in mind we set to challenge the business direction in order to propose a change in strategy that’s been well received by the community.
